Conrad NPC vendor in a 2 player game (PC\steam) are not refreshing their wares on level ups. Conrad no longer have any goods to sell. This was seen at the first visit and again after some time.

I think they took away his "vendor" status in the EE. He just sells what a normal civilian sells now, even on the first visit. Could be a bug, or it could be that they decided to eliminate a vendor from Cyseal to balance out adding the "upgradable weapon" vendor just outside.

In the notes to change DOS EE anything like this was not specified.

There are a lot of things that aren't exactly specified in those notes.
