Well, given that Witchcraft no longer has Bloodletting, not sure if that makes any sense at all anymore.

Puddles and Ice work for Hydro. You can create a puddle at will by targetting Rain directly at your position, but it's not particularly efficient unless you want the rain effect anyway.

What surface do you have to stand in for for Aerotheurge?

Electrified water? Stun immunity recommended...
