Hi,

is the Talent "Magician" working?
"Magician gives you one extra use of a wand skill

if yes - how does it work?

Every single use of my wand need 3 Action Points!?

2 uses = 6 Action Points

SKILL. The special Skill attached to the wand. Not the wand's basic attack.

What (kind of) skill do you mean?

So, have you not actually had the chance to fire the EE up yet?

A skill. Those things which you use in combat. Like Headvice or Fireball.
