I'm like 20 hours in and loving the game all over again, but yet again item dyes are a rarity.

Is there any sort of reliable source for them in the EE?

I never understood why they were so unattainable. I'd quite like a uniformed look for my party.

They are pretty rare on normal merchants.
Later on you have a merchant that sells 1 of each and restocks just like the rest.
