The price of food items do not correspond to the components required. For example, a cooked meal is easy to make (fish or raw meat at furnace or mobile kitchen), priced at 11 coins, while more elaborate dishes like apple pie or fish pie are priced at half or less than that.
Maybe it's intentional, maybe it's not. Just thought I'd mention it.
