So a buddy and I are playing this on the Xbox One, and suddenly I was kicked to the dashboard while in the White Witch's Cabin. I was also the host, so he was booted as well. Now the game will not load the save file. This is our Honour Mode playthrough, and we are really crushed by this event. I have read about a glitch that involves escorting Alfie. We have talked to them but have not started the quest. I have also read about a glitch involving destroying troll droppings. I distinctly remember destroying troll droppings only a little while earlier in our playthrough. Is there any way to fix this? Is there anything I can do? Any help is appreciated.

If the problem is the crash related to troll droppings, the upcoming patch (no ETA yet) will allow you to load the save. A couple people have claimed the Alfie quest was related to crashes, but none have contacted support with relevant saves, and that was not observed in testing.

If you email supportdos@larian.com, with a description (or link to this topic) and your save I can get someone to check it. You would first need to transfer it to a USB flash drive, and a then a third party tool is required for drives formatted for Xbox One (see here).
