Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity - Original Sin - Enhanced Edition Stuck - Phantom Protection Amulet not present

I cleared Zandalor's house, went over it with a fine toothed comb and there is no Phantom Protection Amulet there. There is no gem box on the table next to his portal. I am sure I didn't loot it and move it because I was actively looking for it while still in the house.

I did loot a white crystal with no other description, but when I enter the Phantom forest, I am still instantly killed. Any help would be appreciated.

In the EE the amulet isn't in Zandalor's bedroom (or any of the separate rooms upstairs); the jewellery chest was moved to the nightstand by the bed south of the stairs, on the right.


If you still can not find it, email supportdos@larian.com, with a description (or link to this topic) and the report.zip file (or a Dropbox or Google drive link, etc) generated by the D:OS EE Analysis Tool (for Windows).
Extract the zip file somewhere and run AnalysisTool.exe. When that loads, browse to the install folder (if it is not automatically detected), optionally run the tests first, and then generate a report (it will be saved in the same location as the Analysis Tool).

The report will contain system and game information, as well as your saved games. To reduce the file size, you can delete all but your latest save in Zandalor's house from the zip.


For Mac, saves can be zipped by right clicking the folder(s) and selecting Compress, in the folder:
~/Documents/Larian Studios/Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition/PlayerProfiles/<ProfileName>/Savegames

Linux is similar, with the saves in the home directory.
