The Xbox One patch should be released next week, unless Microsoft is significantly slower than Sony with that process (the PS4 patch was released yesterday).
I hope so! I just played today with the new patch in place. On my first game (currently in Phantom Forest) I was able to get some loot or have the option to buy different wands. Hopefully that works will for my second game!
