I can craft wands with all other skills with an inert wand + essence, but can't seem to make witchcraft. I can buy witchcraft wands from the tenebrium orc at hunter's edge, but tenebrium and void essence don't work for crafting.
In the list of crafting items there are no wands to craft. But I am referring to a list for DOS, not sure if something has changed regarding what you can craft in the EE.
