It seems as if all words written down in response to your posts were destined for being void by your premise of the game and the developers being void as long as the game, your game, isn't fixed. I can understand your anger - and as a consumer, who paid for a product, it's your right to expect a product to be fully functional. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the laws of your country (actually I don't know where you live) and don't know who's responsible for the product not being as it has to be in this case, so I don't know who you have to ask for a refund. But I'm quite sure that you'd better have invested your time in costumer rights research and writing a founded complaint to the right address - or in other, fully functional, games until this game's bugs are fixed for you - than in announcing your anger und your expectations and angering and expecting for 3 months, without the will to help the developers with finding the problems that are not as obvious and not as general as the evidence and the induction of your case claims. You've started on December the fourteenth and your tone implied the same expectations and the same anger as now. Right from the start:
Is there any update on a ps4 patch for this issue? I have been waiting almost a month and at this point I am about ready for a full refund. The game is unplayable on the ps4 once you reach the mines in Lucalla Forest. I find it hard to believe this game was fully tested on the ps4.
Larian Studios support their games as long as it is necessary; and for programmed games not being as simple as shoebrushes and programmers, scriptors etc. being humans and for sony preventing immediate releases and for ressources being limited (so they have to be distributed wisely) it can take some time. But you can be sure - from all we know about Larian Studios - it will be fixed (maybe it is fixed now, I don't know). You should distribute your ressources and energy more wisely, too, and better help others and give them relevant information to help you; or focus on other things and be patient, or maybe, as I said, demand your refund from the right address, not from a forum and the community manager.
