If you left click on a teleporter pad, does it bring up a map of Rivellon? Any activated teleporter pads should be marked with a blue flame, which you should be able to left click to teleport to, if there are more than one.
There is a 'Search' option in the text menu at the top of the forum / topic pages, under the banner image. You would probably need to increase the default date range to search; alternately, you can use Google with site:larian.com added to the end of the search terms.
