Hi there, I started a new co-op game on my PS4 yesterday after playing alone for about 20 hours. Today all my saves from my previous (single-player) game are gone. I was expecting that Quicksave and AutoSave saves would be gone when starting a new game, but all the named ones are gone too. Is that normal? Maybe I just missed the prompt that it would delete all my saves?
This is very sad, was looking forward to progress and love the game.

No, that isn't normal. Are you logged in with the same profile? If you logged in to a different profile you would get a separate set of saves.

I'm logged in with the same profile. I tried out my other two (guest) profiles, one of which my co-op partner used. Both have no save files at all. They're not even in my online PS plus storage. Seems they're just gone.

Now I'm wondering if it will delete the co-op save file if I start a new single player.

It shouldn't, but then the other saves shouldn't have been deleted, either... You can back your current saves up to a flash drive, at least.
In the Saved Data in System Storage section of the Settings menu, click Copy to USB Storage Device, select the relevant save(s) and Copy.
