Hi everyone,
I really need your help on the Void Dragon, it's driving me mad. I'm playing in Tactician mode in EE and I can't go past 10% of his health bar and that's a maximum.
The main reason is Astarte dies in 3-4 turns, she gets raped by void wanderer and doesn't do anything useful. My priest heals her every turn but that's not enough to keep her alive. I try to beat the void wanderers first to keep her safe but it takes me too long and she dies while at least 3 or 4 or them are still alive.
Sometimes I try to hit the Void Dragon, but I do minimal damage with any attack, I can't imagine how long it would take not even speaking of Astarte...
I really don't understand because I've never been stuck in any combat so far, even the Trife was quite easy.
Here is my team (level 19): - 1 mag fire/earth - 1 marksman - 1 mag water/air - 1 scoundrel
Thanks in advance for any tip...

Besides your priest, do you have another character near Astarte to do damage to the summons (if convenient, the main character that Zandalor follows, so he sticks around there, as well) as well as take some of the attacks that would otherwise be focused on her?
Do you have summons to go after the void wanderers, and hopefully take out a couple, or at least keep them busy while you focus first on the melee ones around Astarte?
When the conversation starts before the battle, you can separate the other characters and have them position themselves, and, if you are quick, maybe get some buffs or summons going before switching back to the conversation to end it and start the fight.

Thanks, in the end I sacrificied Leandra... I'm just not good enough to beat the dragon with her as a foe.
Done! (And great change by the way, you really notice the Enhanced Edition addition here, loved the Gnik Bark Nni part) :p

If you can disable the sisters for a few turns, Icara would regain control, and they would return to fighting on your side.

Still to hard, I definitely need to have Zandalor and Icara fighting all the way with my team on this one. My team building isn't good enough otherwise, I can't do enough damage to the minions and I've only 1 summoner. Could have spent time to rebuild my team at Homestead but I was a bit fed up... I made the same mistakes on the classic version but fortunately had a lava scroll in my inventory... By the way does this technique still work in EE?

Through game exploration I had 4 scrolls of Meteor Shower and 2 scrolls of Hail attack. I also had a mage who knew the meteor shower skill and another who knew the hail attack skill. My archer had rain of arrows.
I gave the scrolls so each party member had 1 or 2. Scolls only cost 6 AP to use, so a couple of party members could cast more than one per turn.
Using only those skills, the game was over after the boss' first turn.
Optionally, make sure your scoundral has the grenade perks (never miss and longer range). And use the charm grenades that can charm multiple adds. This not only ups your DPS by the charmed adds attacking the remaining enemies, it makes the fight infinitely easier by reducing damage to the flimsy Astarte. Between charm scrolls, charm arrows, and charm grenades, you should easily be able to control adds... but again, with those master scrolls I mentioned above... you needn't worry about adds, the game ends when the boss dies. Hope this helps as one option to try for anyone still struggling.
