Hi, once again I write to let you know my impressions regarding the game. So far the game is great, besides a couple of issues with the inventory I have only encountered few weak spots to talk about, and this is one of those.
I dont know if you suffer the same problem tan me but from time to time the screen is too crowed with stuff... tres, fire and other things that make the viewing of the game quite difficult, nearly imposible from time to time... especialy during combat in which you have to guess where the enemies are because of the inmense occlusion on screen, its too much and the camera angle, standard or combat, does not help at all.
So, is there something I might be missing? perhaps a setup that cleans up the screen or something like that? Do you suffer the same as me regarding the camera and bad visibility?
thanks

I think that there doesn't need to be any adjustment as to what is onscreen. How would you propose that be done anyway?
Currently, you can use the "O" key for a top down view, you can move the camera using the arrow keys, and wasd, you can rotate and change the elevation of the camera with the middle mouse button. Additionally, you can target any character by clicking on their portrait, including enemies.
So, it seems that the usability side is covered. What else would you propose?

Yes sometimes compared to DOS1 I thought either the screen was a bit too crowded at times or they need a better selection of colors between characters and environment so they don't blend as much.

Hi again, well I get the O (combat camera) but still sometimes theres a lot on screen which can be a real mess. Now, if you ask me how I would I fix it, I tell you that I would make things more transparent, less opaque in a certain radious of the characters. You already have the clear bouble around the characters, well, I would add a second one that takes off from where the first one ends. Also , as Johnny said, you could adjust the color selection of the characters and the enviroment.
thanks both for the reply

What I'm having problems with, is just too much grass at times. It does look nice aesthetically, but impractical IMO. D:OS1 was much more cartoonish and the terrain was much more "plain", however the battlefield was much more easily "readable". Also I don't like the new stun-effect, the new fire-surface effect, and the cursed-blessed effects (except blessed fire and cursed water, I guess) look awful IMO... But that's another story.

Something like a larger transparent bubble, or even a second semi-transparent bubble I could see being a benefit.
As for the color issue, perhaps something like a toggleable map overlay could assist with that.
