So I spoke to the lizard dreamer with Sebille tortured him and the quest log does not progress is it a known bug? Can I still track down the other lizard that he points to and advance the quest or is the entire quest chain broken?

Wait what? I played as Sebille and I didn't even get any special dialogue choices with him. How do I torture him?

You have to use your needle and look at the names that are carved into your skin. There are some names mentioned like Stingtail. I tortured him a little but let him live. He told me about another lizard and I found the grave of him but it also didn't progress my quest. My red prince Stingtail quest also didn't work out.

Oh, that was my mistake! I must have used it on another save, but not this one. Thank you! I got my torture scene and all =)
