Is the dodge bonus on leather armor broken?

I see a dodge bonus for my finesse and a bonus from leadership. However, the +3% dodge from leather armor does not seem to be calculated in the total

I have seen many people ask about this, and the answer...
... is that it is a hard thing to be sure of. Noone really knows if it's there or not, because it's nigh impossible to test, but my wildly baseless assumption would be that if it isn't listed, it isn't there.

I think the real question to be asking here is: Are the dodge bonuses from armor pieces additive or multiplicative??

I think that, if they forgot to add it to the displayed number, they probably forgot to add it to the actual chance to dodge, since I'd imagine they'd use the same formula for both.

Especially given that the display and the mechanical formula would refer to the same quantitative variable location in code. We're lazy like that afterall; no reason to do things twice when I can just do it once and then call it multiple times
