Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 Divinity - Original Sin 2 - Bugs & Technical Problems Bug: Charming Arrow - Cannot Charm Anyone

I have tried using Charming Arrow on a few different NPCs around town and cannot get it to charm anyone.

The skill supposedly has a 100% chance to Charm, but despite depleting all Magic and Physical armor from my targets I get no affect other than a message saying "Fumbled on applying Charmed".

Has anyone had this ability work? Is there any other information on this Fumble mechanic?

I think this may just be a bug.
