Having an issue where enemies will randomly cast abilities/blink to you at max range while you're in sneak mode, even though they cannot see you.
Is this game design or a bug? every enemy that has any kind of special ability or grenade does this.
Normal enemies with no abilities or grenades cannot randomly detect you.
