Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 Divinity - Original Sin 2 - Suggestions and Feedback [HELP]Backed Kickstarter but no early access email

Has anyone else experienced this? I have received no email for Steam or GoG Early Access. Tweeted Larian but haven't gotten a response yet. Anyone know how I can get this resolved?

Hi,

The email contains instructions on how to claim your key. The mails are sent by Kickstarter.com so I don't know what could have gone wrong.

The instructions are as follows: please go to https://www.larianvault.com and create an account. Then click on the menu item D:OS2 Kickstarter and fill in the email address you use to log in to Kickstarter with. This will link your Kickstarter pledge with your Larianvault account. You will then be able to manage your pledge and its rewards.

For the update email, check your Kickstarter settings, under Notifications: there should be a list of 'Projects you've backed' (under a bunch of newsletters you can subscribe to) with checkboxes to receive notifications.
