As the Topic says,

I would like to have the option to toggle the tooltips.
At the moment I have to run around with my finger pressed on that Button, in case of not missing a thing.
It's really annoying, so I hope to get that Toggle-option for that.

I remap it as the tab key as I'm used to running around with that held in from the Dragon Ages, though it's still not exactly comfortable. A toggle would definitely be nicer. Identifying and locating containers would also be nice, even though "Divinity doesn't do that": maybe time to break with tradition...

Oh I ment Caps Lock, this key as a toggle for something has a nice feature. It has a led diode usually. Programmable on top if it. So nice programmer can set toggle on / off and inform the Player about status of the feature by the light.

My usual keyboard, an IBM SSK, doesn't have LEDs for its lock keys: it drives me nuts. D:

But in this case, a toggleable info thing would be nice. I guess some of the more novel gaming keyboard control thingies can probably do it, but I guess my annoyance at the lack of a toggle doesn't quite outweigh my potential annoyance at something going horribly wrong!

Are you a piece of live art of Will Gibson? A lady hacker who uses an inherited deck.

No, I'm just old. biggrin I bought it new, not quite realising what I'd acquired.

Oh, sorry, in my vagueness I failed to specify "thingy": I meant programmable key-sequences and what not. I'm one of those people who's happy waist-deep in reams of C code but is mystified by the remote control for the telly.

I haven't tested it yet in divinity, but AutoHotkey should do it as a workaround, as long as it isn't implemented by the devs. (Hopefully) It came to my senses because I used it in Dragonage :P
