Hi everyone one, I'm new to the DOS gaming family having just purchased DOSEE on Steam about a month ago. I'm really loving it. Before I jump into DOS 2 I was hoping someone could answer my question. What I was wondering is what differences the races have, is it just traits or do they get racial attribute bonuses as well. In other D&D based games I've played an example would be the Elves would start with extra DEX and INT, but have lower STR and CON. Thnx in advance.

Humans get bonus critical chance, wits and bargening. They also get Encourage which heals slightly and boosts stats temp.
Lizards get bonus persuasion and intelligence. Get a bonus fire spell.
Dwarves get bonus strength and stealth. Bonus spell that can petrify an enemy.
Elves get bonus finesse and something i forget, they can also eat body parts to gain health and new abilities. Bonus ability that gives more damage at the cost of CON for a few turns.
The undead are completely unknown.
