Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Can't find the supply train...pls help!

I'm new to the forums so hi and thanks in advance for any help you all can offer.

I hate to get stuck so early in the game but I can't seem to find the proper spot to plant the explosives on the orc supply wagon. I've checked out a couple of walkthroughs and found a map of the supposed location.

If I am thinking of the correct spot it's just east of the secret tunnel into the orc camp. There's a wagon, 3 weapon racks and to the south is a camp site. But when I drop the explosives nothing happens and ( I can't remember the name) the captain who assigns the quest just keeps offering the same info on completing the quest. I'm totally stumped...please help!

The captain is Mitox, and should mark the location on your map. if you have not been in the area before, it will be a red flag in the (still) black area.

Anyway the area that you have to blast away is a square fenced off area - you have to place the explosive somewhere inside the square - and run.

that running away goes by itself...you don't have to that yourself....try not to have too many orcs behind you cause the explosion kills them.....quite a waste of exp.

the supply train is in the destroyed village. there should be a red flag on your map telling you where it is.

it doesnt look like a train to my recolection, just an fenced off area with loadsa barrels and junk.

Yeah, I was a little confused at first too. By train, they mean a series of wagons that were supposedly drawn by horses or orcs or something. And to make it more confusing, the train is stationary and unpacked. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Did anyone else notice that none of the carts in the game ever had horses?

Sorry folks, I hadnt any problems finding the train,
even before I read this, but as I walk there and place the explosives
beetween the supply wagons nothin happens.

it could be a glich. it should work just fine. unless you are dropping it in the wrong spot. look at you map and make sure that you are in the right place.

Are you using the explosives that Mitox gave you and not Trail Bombs or something?
