Dallis won't die.
I killed Dallis (she was a chicken for 2 turns, un-chickened, i killed her), she was at 0 health. Nothing happened.
I stunned her, did more damage, her turn comes around, still at 0 health, nothing happens.
Go another round, Alexander just disappears (guessing the script half worked, and he left, but no dialogue or anything happened). Dallis, at 0 health, gets to her turn, suddenly as 54 health, kills a party member, starts to walk away.
I use spells - no CC/debuffs do anything (burning, cold, freezing, slow). Her turn comes around, gains a ton of health (0 -> ~115), keeps walking away. I get her to 0 health again, disarm her, turn her into a chicken, still nothing, she won't die, she won't transform and do the scripted exit, nothing.
Also, my totems just gave up on targeting her, even before she was dead, just at some point they stopped caring.

Do you still have a save or two during that fight, and maybe one just before it?
If so, please email it/them (or a Dropbox or Google drive link, etc) to supportdos2@larian.com, with a description (or link to this topic). Each save is a folder in the '..\Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin 2\PlayerProfiles\<ProfileName>\Savegames' folder. In Windows Explorer you can zip file(s) and folder(s) by right clicking on it/them and selecting 'Send To | Compressed (zipped) Folder'.

I have a screenshot (after 2nd time at 0 health), I will check the save games (should be a couple) and send over.

Save games don't fix it. In fact I have the perfect save games to reproduce and I'll send them along.
When you "kill" she Dallis does her "speech", Alexander disappears, Dallis just stands there rather than transforming and flying away. Then she continues to play with 0 health - usually doing encourage (gaining a bit of health) then attacking.
Edit: Sent the email with save games

Thank you. I have not received the saves yet, though.

I sent another email, this time linking to Google Drive instead of attaching. The attachment size might have caused an issue (around 26MB).
I also tried to flee, if you do that Dallis regains all health and armor, then runs out to the Fort entrance and then disappears.

That is quite normal tough, the fight is special and only doable, if you know how to trigger it, so it is expectable, that you won't get a second try.

I was more talking to the fact that when she has 0 health, leaving the fight via flee doesn't fix the issue (she doesn't fly away), she still acts as a living NPC who's just walking away (and following her route).

I was more talking to the fact that when she has 0 health, leaving the fight via flee doesn't fix the issue (she doesn't fly away) This happened to me one time also. Alexander disappeared but Dallis continued fighting for ever - magically regaining a small bit of health each round before I took her down to zero again. Fleeing didn't work - the only solution I could find was to leave the fort for the marshes. That got rid of her.

I managed to create an additional bug, off of this bug.
After Dallis does her speech, which makes Alexander disappear (but Dallis doesn't go away), I engaged one of the enemies who never left the fort entrance with my incarnate. After that, Alexander suddenly got re-added to combat, but in some completely blacked out area. He's still casting his spells / thinking before ending his turn (Encourage, Static, etc.)

Do you have a save before attacking the opponent at the entrance, and/or one after Alexander rejoined the fight?

I emailed the save after Alexander rejoins to you and supportdos2, also included instructions on how to reproduce via previous saves (that I shared already).

My workaround - I ended up fleeing, re-engaging in combat with Dallis (Alexander doesn't rejoin if you do this), defeating her again (still doesn't die), then running away to get far enough way for combat to naturally disengage (then waited for her to stop searching for me, go to the Fort entrance, and disappear).
I did find a potential bug with flee doing this: - If you flee, but your enemy is close enough to the portal/statue, you'll instantly be re-engaged in combat, just at the statue/portal location (you can keep trying to flee, you'll never actually escape). I'm guessing flee uses the closest statue/portal, which in this case was right next to the fight.

Thank you. It may be evident from the later save exactly what the issue is, but if not the method to reproduce this may help.
