I enjoy finding ways to beat RPGs (I was part of Ultima VII development) but sometimes they are "too much". This is true for the teleport ring. It is great, I love it, but getting on the ridge behind the Deep Dweller and teleporting it up to my waiting party, while incredibly effective, should get nerfed. I used the same technique on the final battle, pulling up one enemy at a time to the raised platform on the left, after oiling the passage north of the door. Can I suggest that teleporting hostile enemies be defeated by MagicArmor > 0?

This could be seen as a nit pick but it's not really a hack if it's good use of an item found in game.

I don't think it's that strong, it provides an advantage used well but you have to still combo and use other things well etc.

That is in no way a "hack" by the common definition of it. It is not even an "exploit". If you want to complain about it, a better word would be "unbalanced".

Your suggested nerf is a bit big. If Teleport has to be nerfed, you could increase the AP cost of it to 3-4 so that you can teleport a target, but that's basically all you can do on your turn.

I'm not sure if Larian is a fan of the deep dweller port, to be honest. It really seems like you're supposed to be forced into that encounter (all of it).

For example: if you teleport a character behind the deep dweller (and are stealthed), and try to interact with the shrine that you get Bless from (and NPCs are still alive) you suffer some sort of stun effect for several rounds, and they destroy the offending party member.

It's a feature deliberately added so players cannot skip that fight and get bless.

I would agree that teleport is really OP in this game. You can easily get it on every person, then you completely control both you and enemy positioning. If you want to easily win every battle, put points into Wit, get teleport on everyone, and stack same damage type and CC, you'll quickly destroy 4 enemies at once.
