In the picture, Iffan has a beard, no moustache. In game, he has a moustache, and I don't know what to believe about his hair follicles.

Updates to the origin characters are a work in progress. In the latest QA version, both the portrait and model have the moustache.

I noticed pretty early on that the in-game Red prince/male Lizard for example, doesn't have any head/hair combination that matches the various artwork of them either.

whilst we are within the subject of origin characters doesn't it seem a bit odd how when zaleskar mentions roost (or when you have a chat to sebille after) a lone wolf there is no reaction from iffan. Just seems a bit disconnected when he is a lone wolf aswell even a line like "we lone wolves don't interact much with each other" would make it feel connected to me.
