I have a question about good or bad,

is it nessesary to be always good? for example, I want to keep the sword from the stone out the dark forest coz it is a real killer weapon, but the elven ranger taklit (or something like that) get against me if I want to keep the sword, if I kill him will that affect persons you meet later in the game or the forest?? or is it no problem to eliminate him??

go around and kill some piggy's....what?? you don't consider that evil?? no? really?...but seriously as long as no important characters die and you don't care about your reputation....go ahead and do as you please........

Most important characters are immortal anyway.

If you did not have solved all the quests in the dark forest, you will not be able to do them if you keep the sword.
They are not main quests, so you will be able to finish the game anyway.
If you did not have installed the latest patch, you can also duplicate the good sword (it's a bug in the game).
