Can please have to opportunity to try to fool the magisters in fort joy with broken source collars?

I can not finish Yarrow's quest without the collar. She only wan't to send me to jail or fight me.
A persuasion check would be nice. (after equipping the broken collars)

This needs to exist. We used to get the broken collars as items when we got them removed, but they had no use. I'm assuming they had the intent of implementing this, but couldn't get the coding right and gave up.

It's an okay idea, but Source Collars glow brightly with magic, and broken ones do not, so it would seem to be incredibly obvious when a collar is not working. I could understand why Larian might not implement this bluff check.

I would be more bothered if Larian didn't implement a "[Mislead] The one who stole your Drudanae is dead now" bluff with Griff. They probably won't do that either.
