oh the gem from the bishop lol

Wait how did you find out the password? I got the gem, got the magister to talk and even spoke to the ship rat and I still don't have it. I don't have any lockpicks and I have no characters with a high enough persuasion score to convince the door for anything aside from the password. HELP ME PLS

I must admit I have no recollection of finding the password. Must've been either a dialogue option or a thing that I read when I wasn't paying attention... I hope it's not a deal-breaker, though. At least not without going back to get it.

If you mean the crystal from the Bishop, how do you use it please?

Just walk up to the door and activate it. As long as you already have the password.

Edit: the door on the port side, that is.

What gem? I didn't get a gem after the battle. Do I need to pick pocket him as he sleeps?

You have to kill the magister minding him then just click on him.

You can persuade the magister too, if you have the skill.

Which magister? There are 4 or 5 in the battle.

Bishop Alexander has the gem on the Lady Vengeance.
