Ill just post whatever i find here.

There is a bug with Black cat.

When you go behind this tent to get that yarrow flower,

[Linked Image]

If you do it with the main character and black cat follows you and gets close to the flower she (or he) then bugs out and starts walking toward the gate of the fort. Even if the rest of you dont move or try going away.

You cant interact with it anymore.

If you separate one character to do it alone and cat doesnt come close to that area nothing happens.

In the previous build i played the guard at the gate would kill it as soon as it got close enough to them.

Now it just walks over the steps back and forth a few times,

[Linked Image]

and then runs behind that tent again and disappears.

I think i also lost it after the fight with the crocodiles, even though it stayed away from the fight, but im not sure exactly why so ill try that again.

The cat has problems whenever something separates her and the main character.

Crocodile fight is ok. But, if after that i go do the Gavin quest and if i use the main character to teleport Gavin to the other side, first onto that ledge and he teleports me to that ledge, cat just walks away.
If i use some other companion to do it nothing wrong happens.

I guess something behind that tent close to the position where yarrow flower is also separates the connection.

Healing potions sometimes dont work in the Arena fight. Both usual ones and health elixirs made from yarrow flowers. Seems random. I dont think its due to any enemy spells.

Changes to the key bindings dont always stick from replay to replay. I usually have to reassign a few, even if the correct keys show in the key control options. And then i get the prompt to confirm that previous key, i switched for a new one, will be removed - again. I usually have to re-assign the "show world tooltips" and "inventory - character panel" ones.

Im getting strange effects when i try to minimize the game. Window key doesnt work, at best the game just flickers but stays on top, Alt-tab doesnt work, but if you really push it it kinda switches off and on, but its chaotic. ctrl-alt-delete to get to the task manager gets me to the windows 7 "log in" screen, but when i click on task manager it just brings the game to the top again. I have to try dozens of times to get the game to minimize.

That could be due to my windows, but it doesnt happen with any other game or program.

The cat also disappears once i go bellow the fort joy, into the prison or fire slugs dungeons.
I know that sub quest is not finished yet, just saying.

Sebille seems to have a permanent wet status effect so... she is wet all the time.
Take that as you will.

The key mappings glitch like i described above only when i assign an option to a key that was already taken, but dont assign that previous key to some other one. For example, i change key bindings so character panel and inventory toggle are on page up and down keys and "world tool tips" or - "show me the loot" button is on end key. Which have camera controls mapped to them by default.

I get the prompt telling me that and i confirm i want to change. That works as long as i dont quit the game, but when i start the game all over again - the old controls are back, even if the options show new keys assigned.
So i have to manually assign those old default keys to someplace else on the keyboard. Then it all works.

This happens:

[Linked Image]

Its not a big deal to me but it looks a bit unprofessional. I can get that "cover" back to the floor only if i leave a bit more space between it and the wall.

[Linked Image]

- The arena still doesnt make any sense. And i still only get the collar off my main character.

- The items and equipment we get from several special containers gained through subquests is mostly underwhelming.

The treasure box under the waterfall. When i get there with Gavin it has slightly different content before i teleport him to the other side and after i teleport him. And its usually nothing special. It doesnt have to be epic stuff, but it could be better then some money, a lousy ring and some fruit.

After i teleport him, there is usually one ranged weapon in addition to the rest of items there, but most of the times its a crossbow with uninteresting stats. Only once there was a really nice bow with a few points of fire damage and +1 in Finesse i think.

The treasure that the little boy in the Elf cave has stashed on that cliff is also mostly lousy. He could have found something better while nosing around Withermore and the rest of the caves you know.

Same for the chest that it behind the frogs there.

The chest that can be found going through Orivand office did have some decent loot. Thats the only one so far.

If the items that traders have were reduced or kept at very low levels, these would be the perfect places to get something better. Its what RPG looting is all about.

I would also like to see more items in these treasure chests. Like, one weapon, one equipment item, one ring, some money and several crafting ingredients and such smaller items. Not in every single one but atleast in these few more special ones. One of the weapons or equipment items should be a placed one, not randomly generated.

- I found the first recipe book in the Orivand office, yay. There really should be more of these books around, in tutorial and around the prison-camp area. Just some basic ones with a few basic recipes.

Oh yeah, there is several kinds of cooking pots, but only the "Kitchen pot" can be used on some fire to cook something. They all look the same though. That should be removed or icons changed.

Frying pans also dont work. And there is no animated kitchen like it was in the previous game anymore.
Now when i "put" a kitchen pot onto the fire it only shows in my crafting window, but not on the fire itself.

Could you add the sorting button to the crafting window? I have all these items there and they are spread all around, up and down that interface so i have to scroll to see and get many of them - but cant click and pick them up and move them, or rearrange them.

I cant make lockpicks with soap and nails anymore.

I cant make any food items even though i have all that meat, fish, water, vegetables and fruits in the inventory.

Cant combine water and tea to make tea.

Cant cook the fish in water, cant make fish soup, cant fry them, cant combine them with anything. Just eat raw... delicious precious fishesss.

I cant cook meat, make a meat soup with water, cant grill meat. (ok i havent tried putting meat directly on fire but that probably doesnt work either the way things are going around here)

- Blue gill mushroom and empty potion bottle - doesnt do anything right now.

- Also, at the start of the game i could repair weapons - but suddenly after level 3 or so i cant repair anything anymore. Not sure whats up with that. At least i can pay to get them repaired.

- The magic skills give underwhelming boosts. Mostly just more physical and magic armor damage. You could atleast write in the tooltips or descriptions they are necessary for higher level spells and abilities.

I can make some food after all, but only on the mobile kitchen that is owned by ... Grif(?).
Have to kill him for it, but atleast i dont have to kill Butter anymore. As long as the likable chick is alive i dont mind killing everyone else. (self sarcasm)

Grif knife, the potato peeler, cannot be used in crafting, like other knives.

I can only make dinners with food but better than nothing.
I still cant make my own mobile kitchen on other fires in the camp, while i cannot cook anything if i use a kitchen pot. Other pots and pans still do nothing.

I figured out repairing, i need to have repair hammers but i forgot they are consumable now, so thats solved.

Nabora tends to walk around really hectically and fast, so its easy to misclick her and end up stealing one of the items around there which turns into a fight and bad relations. But she still likes me if i win in the arena.

I got into the dungeon with my one collar off, went up into the Fort and sneaked past Orivand to get out through those movable stairs. If im not sneaking the dog infornt of the gate notices me right away. I can get by with sneaking.

But, i didnt read the letter Ifan got about Boris the guard before to that, so because i have a collar off my main character which is Lohse, i cant talk to Boris about it anymore even if i try to do it with Ifan alone, with the rest of the party far away. Boris then just yells at Ifan to go away. Not a big thing, just saying.

And its the "blue mushroom" i cant make potions with, but maybe thats for something else.

It would be nicer if the pop up was a bit higher so it doesnt obscure the Ui hotbar and AP counter.
Yes, the Ap cost is written under the spell there but - it would be nicer.

[Linked Image]

Dialogue options?

[Linked Image]

And just after i praise the companion dialogues for being character driven... right after i say that we have to "try the softer approach". Meh.

I forgot to mention, when starting the game i can see my character running towards that table, jumping on it and those metal belts clamping down.

Happens with Lohse and Sabille. Probably with other two as well.

There are some books that are named, but they are empty.
Magister Rider logbook, On the origins of Lucian, Son against father.

Playing with Sebill, once i get the info that Griff knows Lone Wolves, i can pay him to tell me, but the same dialogue pops up every time i come to talk to him later on. i can also repeatedly offer that sparkler card to him.

Ifan has no idea about any of that, and doesnt talk about Wolves with Zeleskar either, except that part when he gets a crossbow.

I got into the fight with Sahela the elf in the cave because of Lohse who went psycho. This time i thought to try it out see how it goes. Lohse turns agressive so we can all attack her, beat her up or "kill her" which resets the situation to normal.

There probably should be some hint about that, an overhead blurb one of companions yells, so the players dont just reload thinking they will need to kill everyone in the cave (even before they do any quests there) and maybe lose Lohse. Nothing too direct but just something to hint there is some other option there.

- Red prince got a weird glitch in the void Turtles fight because he got caught in that turtle oil surface which slowed him down. I think he was already overburdened a little bit, but im not sure if that is the reason.
After the fight ended, he wouldnt move from the puddle, wouldnt follow the rest of us and if i would move him out manually he would return there. Seemed like he got permanently slowed down - stuck in that oil surface.

I quick saved with him out of that puddle, but when i reloaded he was back in it, only the slow effect disappeared and he started to function normally.

[Linked Image]

This Silent Monk got stuck in his turn. Had to reload and then it was ok.

[Linked Image]

If i just go through these doors where that well is and then return back inside, the game counts it as i left the fort and the little boy with the boat disappears bellow. i didnt leave the fort.

[Linked Image]

Characters cannot reach the stairs from this angle or position, i have to lead them right infront of the stairs to go down.

[Linked Image]

Cant reach this vase because i cannot walk over that floor since its counted as the shrine. I can get it with telekinesis though.

[Linked Image]

Cant reach or get this cup at all.

[Linked Image]

Cant reach these bedrolls, character goes around and tries getting them through the wall but cant.
Works with telekinesis.

[Linked Image]

Got garlic through the wall this time.

[Linked Image]

This part of the beach is unreachable. Fight with crocs.

[Linked Image]

When stealing, most of the item pop ups obscure the lines showing us how much we can steal. i can judge by color i guess but it would be nicer if popups were moved a bit away.

[Linked Image]

Sleeping on his feet.

I killed only Griff and then ran away from the battle. Returned later, bribed them to be friendly.
They still talk as if Griff is alive.

But now i can use that kitchen freely.

Also, it sucks that NPC traders dont have all the items from their inventory once i killed them. At least the money should be there. Maybe at least 50% of money and some of the better items?

Ifan cannot trigger the Boris talk if he approaches him alone, disconnected from the party. The dialogue triggers only if i have my main character with Ifan there. - thats when ifan is not the main character.

I got Withermore jar, took it and brought it back to him. I chose the option of not releasing him to see what happens. We started fighting and i managed to kill him. But he isnt supposed to die with jar being intact, right?
He should "resurrect" like those necromancers do.

He is also only level 4. I feel like he should be atleast level 10. Zeleskar is lvl 8 so Withermore should be better than that.
It would be much more effective and in line with other such soul jar bound "gheists" in the game if he kept returning and begging you to release him.

Telekinesis doesnt help.

[Linked Image]

I dont think these guys bellow should see that far onto the balcony. Admittedly i have only one character with 1 sneak point but they shouldn't see that much of an area unless they can see through stone.

[Linked Image]
[Linked Image]

There are some really minor issues like this when aiming from the balcony, but in some cases its an advantage so it all balances out.

[Linked Image]

The archers shouldnt jump here, its not a smart move. Usually only one jumps up. All it does it gets them in front of my whole party.

Also, if Gareth jump up here and them moves closer to the stairs we came from that somehow triggers the rest of the magisters in the yard bellow to join the fight, although they cannot see any of us.

And it triggers Tarlene to come running.

[Linked Image]

She almost made it.

[Linked Image]
[Linked Image]
[Linked Image]

There are issues with Gareth turning hostile after the fight is done. I think its due to some magic effect leftover, or him getting grazed by some elemental damage from one of my abilities. Happened several times.

He also gives that dialogue above which seems like it belongs to some other place in the game.

This is a minor thing... i dont think the damage for these abilities should be in red color. I know, the color shows the type of damage but all the other "bad things" in the game are marked by red color.

[Linked Image]

Yeah, only special people... Kinda nice you reference that dichotomy though.

[Linked Image]

Griff is certainly in a very bad mood there. smile

[Linked Image]

This is cool.
Although, these salamanders (lvl6) give less xp then the voidwoken (lvl4) at the ruins just before this location.

Btw, when i run into the ambush after the burning pigs, my characters get the exclamation mark above their heads at some point - during the fight. Im guessing they want to talk about the Void Deep Dweller, but im not sure how can we talk during the fight. We are usually far apart too so that would waste APs.

It also seems that the burning pigs have less to say about their condition now. Previously one of them had a little bit more to say which was better. I dont want full exposition of their problem and solution for it but a few lines more about their torment would be better.

They also run around really fast in panic when we approach which makes it a chore to get them to talk.
Slow them down a bit.

Its ... sowewhat easy to miss the statue behind the void dweller starting position and its triggered scene.
I like it.

But, since its the main story relevant and blah, blah, blah, you might want to add some overhead blurb to hint at it.

As you can notice in the screens in this second playthrough i have permanent wet status on Red Prince.
Seems thats a known issue.

A health potion failed to work during the fights in Withermore soul jar dungeon. Just one this time.
The potion disappears but nothing happens. Cant say if anything specific is causing it, but so far it only happened in two underground dungeons.

I cannot combine small finesse, wits and intelligence potions to make bigger versions of them. Basically all potions which have bottles with handles on the side. The round bottle potions combine with each other.

Have to use telekinesis or jump from here to there...
[Linked Image]

Cant reach, telekinesis or not,
[Linked Image]

When necromancers in the maze castle go hostile i kill them they resurrect and initiate combat even when im really far away. They can see me through the walls. And they usually get stuck on that elevated wall, like this.
[Linked Image]
I have to move all the way into that area where there is a cursed well to get out of combat.
And they dont seem to be able to run through those doors after me.

Also, at first i went into that dungeon without Ifan who was unchained outside. We started the fight and i only then noticed Ifan is not there, so i clicked on him and got him inside.
He didnt immediately join the fight and i could walk him all the way close without entering the fight with him.
He would join the fight only if he would take a shot at someone.

After necromancers were defeated and then resurrected again - Ifan was again out of the fight until he actually took a shot at one of them, even though now he was chained to the rest and close enough. That repeated several times. Its probably not Ifan specific.

Withermore doesnt appear to remove the source field, but i can teleport or jump over it.

Cant walk through this space;
[Linked Image]

Or through this path on the ship, Have to go around.
[Linked Image]

In this situation i can aim and hit that archer on the right with a normal shot, but cant aim at him when i try the ricochet. Im guessing the character slightly changes his stance and so the position when preparing to aim special shots and then the aim changes a little bit too. In this case just enough to graze the wall.
[Linked Image]

This was totally cool.
[Linked Image]

But it would be so nice if we could zoom out or pan the camera just a little bit more so we can make some nice screenshots, which we cannot do right now because the camera just wont zoom out far enough and is rigidly pointed down at too steep of an angle. I would like to be able to take a screen of the whole bow of the ship sailing these strange seas - because its great.

Think of your youtubers free marketing, if not me, Larian.

"Fake fullscreen" option seems to behave much better then full "fullscreen"
No flickering or weird behavior when i minimize the game or use windows key, etc.

Lowering gama doesnt seem to have any effect though. I find some areas too bright for my eyes, even though i turned the bloom off. Mostly any place which has bright floors or brightly colored ground.
I got the gama down to minimum and it looks the same. Cant notice any change.

During the fight on the ship i noticed that overhead health/armor bar and those under initiative portraits on top of the screen show different amounts of health. The top portraits have it wrong. Usually by a lot.
I wasnt paying attention to it in other parts of the game.

It would be really nice if we had an option to turn off those character overhead health-armor bars in Ui options.
They clutter the screen and are not necessary.

Cant pickpocket Cloaked Figure during the fight on the ship.

It would be neat if we could do that to him and Dallis and get some great item if we have a high thievery skill for it.
