When it says health restored does this apply to necromancer and first aid aswell?

Answer:

Hydro does not work with first aid because it heals based off a percentage.

However Hydro does work with blood sucker and also the necro passive. I just tested for you.

You only understood half of the question....for the necromancy bit the guy was refering to the self healing you get when you damage the health bar while you have at least 1 point in necro.

I suppose necro passive is a little bit vague but yes. Hydro also affects healing you recieve from Necromancy.
