Wand of Magus - off hand wand skill for when you have a melee weapon in the main hand, for 2 ap and 1 turn cooldown deals damage based on the element of the wand and scales with inteligence.

Fury of the Magus - dualwielding wand skill, for 3 ap and 2 turns cooldown or 1 turn cooldown but has smaller range,works the same as Furry.

Spectral strike - melee weapon off hand with wand in main - deals magic damage based on melee weapon's base damage and scales with intelect

Dazzling Strike - when it's just the wand equiped in the main hand,deals damage and applies dazzled status (works like blind but targets magic armour)

Good ideas.

Maybe instead of getting a dazed status a single wand should only do a bit bigger damage then in any dual wielding combination? I feel like statuses shouldn't be available so easily for every strike you make.

Well considering that currently all single one handed weapons gain a status effect to compensate for the weaker damage output and potential loss of stats, it's no big deal. Also Dazzling Strike would be one special strike per turn like it is with the single melee weapon only special skill. To keep the game fair,I also believe Dazzling Strike should have the same range as the other touch spells.
