Bug: Spontaneous Combustion doesn't work.
Information: I noticed this bug after trying to cast it a second time on an enemy.
How to recreate:
1 Cause burning on enemy
2 Use S.C (This works)
3 cause burning again
4 Use S.C (It will now fail)
the second sc cast does not have to be on the same character. any other char that tries to use SC on THAT SPECIFIC ENEMY will not remove the stacks of burning.
It's probably something silly in the code where a flag is added but not removed
