Explorer - Give me a story not a challenge. Crowd control is not enabled for enemies, although I believe you can still CC them. Your HP is increased, enemy HP is decreased. Their AI is also very simple.
Classic - I guess I have to try a little bit. Combat can require some strategy trial and error. Most builds and group comps are fairly forgiving as long as you put some thought into what you are trying to accomplish
Tactician/honor? - I like a little pain. Make sure your group comp works well together. Have a strategy for combat in general. Need to start exploiting each enemies weaknesses.
Strategy mode - Make me beg for mercy! Guessing here. Each fight will have to be approached with a prepared strategy. There may be perma death or only rare check point saves. Probably only one save slot. You will have gear penalties and enemies will receive bonuses and spells/skills that are either above their level or that you will never have access to. Think of void aura from the first game. Each fight will have more enemies than classic or honor mode. Fights will place you at a disadvantage every time. You will probably have to start severely exploiting enemy weaknesses to where you are changing your gear and your skills based on single fights. If you don't have a plan for how to level and stat allocation you will probably be destroyed and my guess is that you will have to have a few OP cheesy builds. 3 elf rogues and 1 caster type of thing.
Everything beyond classic is my guess, and my opinion based off of EA and DOS EE honor mode.
and you think 3 elf rogues and 1 caster is healthy for the game?
i dont get how is it difficulty when i can find a random forum post and follow the build guide then proceed to steamroll the game while other class has 0 chance?
