I'm not really sure if it's rather a suggestion or a question but: I know that DOS2 already allows 4 players coop play but is it possible to allow it on console too ?

Incase you can't watch the video: Yes. In the video, there are 2 players playing on console with splitscreen while 2 others play on Keyboard & Mouse and all of them are in the same session.

It doesn't say the two with controllers are on console, just that they're using controllers.

Larian said multiple times that for now game won't be released on consoles or any other platform rather then Windows. You can play up to 2 people in splitscreen on one PC I believe, cause it will be a total mess otherwise lots of info needed to be seen.

Yes, split screen is limited to 2 players per computer, so 4 players can play 2+2 on 2 computers, or 2+1+1 on 3.

Currently the focus is on finishing the game itself. Other platforms may be announced later in development, or after the Windows release.

I hope this is true, but do you happen to have a reference for this confirmation? I'm specifically inquiring about the ability to play online with two other people while my GF and I play on a single PC splitscreen. The other two would be playing solo on their own PCs. Is this going to be possible?

I can't quite tell if it is limited to two splitscreen players on two PCs from the videos. If you happen to know I'd be grateful to receive a response.

Raze basically works for larian.. so i think thats as much of a confirmation as you need.

4 players would be hard for consoles to handle, but 2 players split-screen is already great.

RAZE, please, my man... if you work on Larian or have contact with them, make at least the Xbox version with crossplatform support with PC. That would be so great!
