hello somehow my companiens are alway wet can i upload my savefile somewhere so you can have a look at it ?

This is a known issue, which will be fixed in the release. It is triggered during the tutorial if you try to help the magister rather than follow the origin characters to the lifeboat. The first time they go through environmental water after being recruited, the wet status will be permanent.
