It's quite the consensus of most of the members of the forum.
First it was useless because to weak and to limited in range, now it is mainly useless still because of to limited range. Not sure how he weak it is now, haven't played for a long while.
its only really good for summoners.. because they will be summoning alot of totems/minions so it will have more use for them.. still the range is limited.
