My tracking number just updated for the first time ( 2 DAYS LATER) and the freaking thing hasn't moved. It was processed in Germany. REALLY TWO DAYS to tell me my crap is in Germany and I am in the US. Sure it will be here lickity Split with that crap companying handling it.

I could shoot you a random string of numbers and it would be about as useful as a legitimate tracking number currently.

I got an email telling me that they will ship my collectors edition. But that was 6 days ago and I still dont know if they shipped it or not.

Jedasd sorry to hear this, my package has shipped, so they say, but it still hasnt made it out to Germany after 3 damn days. What a joke!!!!

DHL is cheap and terrible.

I agree 100% and Crappy Happy used them so they suck as well as far as I am concerned. Sorry that Larian used them. Hope they never make that mistake again.

Mine supposedly shipped 2 or 3 days ago and the DHL thing never updated since.

They're not cheap when it comes to stinging you for their import processing fee: it's often much more expensive than the postage itself, as well as their competitors' charges. Though you kind of imagine that basic admin charges would be included in their up-front fees like it is with anyone else, and they're all equally guilty of that horrid little scam...

Apparently they suck at shipping and they suck at customer service, other than that, they are a great company.

My freaking collectors edition is still in freaking Germany. So 4-5 days and it hasnt left the damn country it started in. If I cared about my customers at all I would ensure they were never used.

Same here. I'm hoping (as I think I read elsewhere), that DHL doesn't update their tracking, and the CE will just show up here tomorrow. Although, since the game manual is so disappointing to me, I'm not looking forward to the physical copy of the CE as much as I once was. I would have preferred an in-depth game manual over a statue.

BUT, that's just me. Too much of an 'old-timer'! So here's to the ever-hopeful delivery tomorrow!

UPDATE EDIT: I have an update on my tracking information. My CE is still in Germany. It's going to be a long wait.

Wait, we're supposed to get tracking numbers? I don't even have a non-functioning tracking number to complain about. I guess I'll just wait a little while.
