I love the new Game Master usefulness! But, I believe you overlooked some simple things to make a DMs live easier:

The only way to see what an item looks like is to select it and put it into the map. Please put a preview window at the top of the item list (in the same area you have the 2 music slots for current playing music would work perfect).

All the amazing sounds are great, but I could spend my life as a DM just selecting sounds for mundane/normal movement in the map. PLEASE make door sounds, trap sounds, don/doff clothing sounds, etc Automatic! You could make this a General selection in the Audio section of Options. Also put a check box in each item to be able to mute the sound at my discretion. A variety slide bar would be great as well (mute, soft, normal, loud, and Wake The Dead)!!!

Last but not least (and maybe there is a way to do this one, but I haven't found it yet) I can't put an item on Top of a desk or table. I see that YOU can, but I can only put things Inside. I would like to decorate/furnish my flat surfaces with goblets, keys, books, letters as well. Please add to the fantastic world you have allowed us to play in!

Many thanks,
John

I have some stuff too i like to adress:

-Npc Portraits dont change when you change the apearance of an NPC

-Not all Status are useable (Apotheosis for example and many more)

-Hard to find right apearance for npc (apearance bound to "archetype" can we get 1 npc of each race and gender where all appearancec are unlocked?)

-Making and renaming Folders for our custom saved npc's would make finding that npc easier. (currently i try to build npc for an kingdom but the actors are now in the folder Guards, Black Ring and Outlaw. it would make it alot easier to rename or move them to 1 folder.

-Add an Randomizer option for Humanoid npc's appearance. right now if i want to quickly insert 4 bandit warrior they all look the same it would speed things up if the presets where randomized. (maybe weapon and skills too)

And know my Bug Report
Bug's:

-Some musics can't be stopped in menu

-Possessing an actor who is lvl 1 brings him automaticly to lvl 2

-If you Possess an NPC exit manage him and possess him again his Ability's are not in the action bar (they can be selected via spellbook but it would make things easier if that didnt reset)

Im sure im missing out some things but that is my quicktake for GM-mode

Anyway this is a great mode and i wish to see it supported in the future

Love and hopes

The Toolkit isn't really viable for me at the moment until it allows the DM to select multiple NPCS and move them at once.

Even Sword Coast Legends allowed you to select multiple NPCS and move them around with RTS style controls without possession.

Is there a roadmap for further releases, including a scene editor?

Adding to my above list:
Please allow me to re-order Encounters in the Encounters List

Some way to randomize the appearance and weapons of NPCs upon creation; If we use a creature more than once in an area they all look, act alike.

When creating a new Encounter please have it go directly to "naming".

Another area needing some sort of preview: the Item Generator. You all know what each item looks like and even what each item IS! But we don't. When we select (or even hover over) an item, please have a preview off to the side so we know what it is we are getting ready to create.

Adding to the Preview idea in my original comment above, in the Item List allow us to "scroll" with the up/down buttons on the keyboard. Coupled with an automatic preview in a window at the top of the list this will enable us to scroll quickly through items and characters/monsters.

Thanks again for all the hard work

John
