Some NPC dont have a voice when they say something but when you talk to them they have the voice. For example: You dont have your colar on ?
Some NPC are even missing who dialog audio. You talk to them and suddenly one of the option has no voice.

On the Lady Vengeance after the battle with Dallis. Some of the companions are dead (thats normal) but the problem is that when you talk to their spirits they dont have a voice.
I hope this is just a bug and is not intended. I hope other spirits have voices
