Somehow when i went into Amadia's Sanctuary for the first timethe 3 seekers i was supposed to heal were already dead when i got there now, even though i never attacked the harbor at the lady vengeance yet. I don't understand.

Does the harbour near Fort Joy(where one of the Magisters is preparing Silent Monks all lined up in a row) count to this as well? If that's true then i know why they're already dead, else this must somehow be a bug.

I feel really sorry for the poor lads now, i hope this doesn't affect anything later on, i really wanted to save them :(

It doesn't affect anything later on.

Although I do not believe this is a bug.

If you don't heal them before completing a certain quest they just die.

If you do heal them, they survive for now but die before the end of act I, so it won't really do too much to the future of your game.
