I first found the beast near the boat and played a bit with him , then got seperated from him and now i want him back in my band, but he isn't at the boat anymore, anybody know where he is ?

Also an other question , can i still change companion after chap 1 ?

He should be near the boat as far as I know. All companions go where they were originally if you dismiss them. Have you already left the Fort? If you have, maybe they are in the "secret cave" or the hidden lair or w/e it's called that you go to for your collars and to continue the quest.

I used him as a filler to recruit my real companions and fired him asap. I just searched for him, he is again at exactly the same place I met him first time, at the shipwreck near the crocodiles.

i found him at an other place . but he is still a ranger , and i would like to change him to tank/soldier instead of my red prince , do you know how to change his class ? cause he doesn't ask me anymore to change , and keep being a ranger

you can only change companion classes the first time your ecruit themt o my knowledge.
