Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 Divinity - Original Sin 2 - General Burning pigs? (spoilers?)

Back in the EA, the solution to curing the pigs of their terminal on fire condition was to bless them.

However, now bless costs source... and there are several pigs. Source is a valuable resource. Is this still the solution? Is there a way to minimize source spending? Or do I have to spend all those source points just to save them all?

Unless anything has changed there's only one you need to save, if I remember.

There's a few source pools scattered around the pigs that you can use to refill your source.

haven't played that yet but I take it just making it rain on them does not work for some reason? Cursed flame or something?

Theres also a source filler now in act 1, where Braccus helmet is, it provides infinite source pool i believe.

Only need to bless one to get the skeleton to show up and as it has been said there's a source container up the hill just beside where they are, in the dungeon area where the helmet is. Can get as much source as you want from it to put the rest of the pigs out for some more exp.

Yup, I did find the source fountain. It's just a bit unfortunate that I found it after I went through all that mental effort of trying to cleanse multiple pigs with one source, you know?

For the record, what I ended up doing was move a poison barrel next to one pig and stand in teleport range of the other. Break barrel, bless the fire puddle, and quickly teleport the other pig into the fire. Ended up saving two source before I knew about the fountain
