Try Geoff the Blacksmith in the Merchants Quarters for melee weapons and the guy who's name I can't remember in the Elven Village in the Dark Forest for bows.

Gavanariel, HEF <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> - he's the archer. The Dwarven smith and his buddy in the Dwarven Halls/Dark Forest have nice weapons, too

You really like bows Marked One <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mage.gif" alt="" />

there are some good weapons that you can find or make! i.e. Strange Items quest.

Depends on what you're looking for:

- one handed swords: Buy from Geoff, or do the holy item quest
- two handed swords: The singing blade (by killing Pedro in the sewers)
The blade of chaos (in a pile of stone W/SW of the dwarven village)
The blade of the knight that approaches and challenges you south of the fort
- Axes: found in various places
- Staffs: good ones only found rather late iun the game, unless at random (Luck)
- daggers: Another option in the holy quest, some good ones at random
(I think the mage at Rivrtown has a good one to be stolen)
- Bows: Hilfin's Bow (from Gavanadriel after rescuing his daughter), though I got a real good one once at random (up to 188 damage + skills, no enchantment)

There is a hammer in cave that is very good but I have forgot here the cave is
