Have the key to the fort but the spell it's not where it has always been.

I believe Windego had the teleport book for me this time around (on Tactician mode).

The Air magic merchant problem sells a book from time to time?

They removed a bunch of stuff from fort Joy that was too powerful to get early for free.

Teleport skill is no longer in the magister bed room behind Mona tent.
Blood rose from Knilles room is gone.
Windego role changed as a whole so that's one magic store off the list.

Also most NPC no longer sell material to build bomb with.
