anyone else getting a massive difference in framerate in act 2? act one was extremely smooth but In act two my game turns into a picture book.extreme stuttering and freezing and lowering graphics settings doesn't change anything framerate wise.anyone have this problem or have a solution?

to be honest I dont really know(I got this computer a couple of years ago from my brother).my graphics card is I think a NVIDIA Geforce GTX 560
and I don't know what my CPU is but I heard from my brother that its crap.
I can run A heavily scripted modded Skyrim fine at 60 fps on high settings though and Act one had little to no lag in it.only after arriving in Reapers Coast did it go to about 5-10 frames a second with long stuttering freezers ranging from anywhere to 5secs to 5mins long to unfreeze.

I am planning on upgrading soon to the listed system requirements.(on the steam page).Hopefully I'll be able to play act too then.Would you say the recommended pc setup to run this game is the same as the divinity original sin 2 steam page's one?(8g ram,NVIDIA gtx 770,intel core 7)
Im not to good with PCs and would like to get a second opinion.
