Along the top toolbar there is a "World Map Renderer" (right next to the word 'Editors'). You can either use your level bounds or a trigger to provide the coordinates you want to render. You can also enter in the coordinates manually. You can click "Render All" and it will create a mini-map from the given coordinates and give you a preview on the right.
As for blocking the camera, you can create a CameraLock trigger. Once it is placed and you select it, you can use the mode bar on the left to select, add, and modify control points. The control points define the boundary. When the camera is inside the trigger boundary, it will not go past the control points defined for the camera lock
