ive done all quests crocodile teleport and got all gear kinda i spent 800 gold soon and still cant enter forte. TACT MODE
EDit : traits pet pal on main and i got leech and all for the migitagetion but still gets too much dmg inc.

cant do arena either .


Hello am sorry too ask but i heff to.

i started a that i tough was a battlemage but its a staff user with rain and frost and freeze rain. that hydro guy.

also i got sebille with 2 green daggers and some gear like all my others.

red prince is my melee as usual but again very not tanky and dies pretty quick ..

then i got a skeleton fane with mage abilties i tought i was getting him necro but somehow its a wizard :S

now i cant do enough dmg too melee charakters, its really annoying!

i tried many ways including barrels and nades, but somehow i got too much fire and too little melee tankyness that even a fireslug does 30 in 2 attacks.. and i gotta recupe and not attack. its like i get too a stalemate and have too cheese enviroment and still get swarmed with 2 or 3 mobs.

do i really need too include a ranger and not 3spellcasters without a summoner? i wanted skele too get necro but chosen wrong now am stuck.. i will try too force farward but can i get a tip or something too get houndmaster or get inside the fort.. also i can try cheese the gatefight with the gaurds but likely too die.

You can try to reach level 4 first by doing the easier fight.

Tutorial + Void woken
Accept the "Finding Migo" quest from the magister in town
Grab a yarrow flower
Go to the guy near the healer that is dying -> Use restoration scroll on him (Do not give potion). This gives EXP
Go to Migo, give him the yarrow flower for the ring.
Equip the Migo ring and heal the dying guy again. Repeat this with everyone for around 1.25k EXP
Teleporter glove
Petpal -> Houndmaster
Elven cave -> Withermoore
go back and Kill Migo.
Tell her daughter to come for his corpse
Kill her too.
Elven cave -> Kill the frog -> Talk to the elf girl in the camp that hate the kids who will reward you with exp for killing the frogs
Kill the two magister in front of the gate
Discover the ancient sword, the room in the prison with 2 skeleton and the kid hideout in the Elven cave

you should be level 4 by now with some good gears from all the chest and the unique weapon.

And it's Tactical mode. Don't expect to play it without min-maxing especially with multi-mages comp. Their early game is so horrible it takes awhile for them to scale that it's easier to just play 1 mage 2 ranger 1 fighter until Act 2 where you can get a free respec into 2 mage 1 fighter 1 ranger. Range attacker with high damage are always crucial in any turn-based game on higher difficulty.

And considering how you messed up with the companion build (always quick save before picking a choice and quick reload if they're bad), it's probably better if you just restart and build them better with pure damage for best CCing because in this game, health is kinda worthless.

ive done mingo they on beachtalking,
ive done crocdile and teleported the guy then he left me, the i neded up in the fireslug cave walked back did crocos.. and looted the secrets.. i cant finish arena NOR houndmaster becus of the rangers.. or the RANGE

ALSO i got alot of ingredtiens.. if i only could make food buffs out of all the meat and sheels i got.. or craft soemthing of all the leatherscraps or whatever i got. cant find any wiki on recipts secrerts

do i need really too finish the game 1 ranger and 1 tank 1 summoner and 1 rogue? is this like the meta seems like.. eventho my rogue is useless dies easily but does alot of dmg but not enough from the trade they take.

Tactician mode isn't really a "Any comp" mode. If you're looking for that, play Classic. If you're looking for very hilarious build, play Explorer.

And those are the steps. I don't understand why you're trying to play Tactician with no ranger. The #1 rule to any turn-based game when it comes to higher difficulty mode is to "Always focus fire". You don't get any good knives until you kill Griffs and later, Knilles so don't expect rogue to deal crazy damage unless you steal for some store-leveled knives.

tactical.. my ass seemsunfairman, i wanted too use rain lightning shock freeze troughout thegame and poison barrels. :S enviroment immurison. instead of stu knockdown constantperma meta bs.

Hardest mode is never intended for immersion though.

Explorer is for story and role playing where it's way easier.
classic is for anything.
Tactical is for meta and min/maxing for challenges.

Well that's kinda the price you pay for not listening to the warning :V at least it's only 8 hours in, not 20.

Just follow the step I gave you on what to do for the quests and leveling with no minimal combat (only 1 migo fight) and you are almost level 4 anyway. Don't forget to kill them. You should kill them because they are magister and they WILL try to kill you after you escape fort joy or win the arena and get your collars removed. Unless the game outright have them running away and disappearing for good, never trust a magister.

Petpal followed by the usual step to get to the houndmaster crossbow (Talk to buddy, get key, do withermoore, talk to emmie, make her miss buddy, go into the room, get the crossbow, free the dog, persuade it to live on)
