At what levels do you get talent points? Just hit lvl 8 and still no talent point. I think I got one at around lvl 2 or 3. Wasn't it like every 3 or so levels in the first game?

What's the speed of talent points now? And for civil abilities as well.

I would have thought that it was every 4 levels, but that can't be right. If it's more than every 4 levels, that is really ridiculous.

Yeah, I don't get how it's more then 4. Pretty sure my first point after character creation was level 3, and now Im level 8 and still nothing.

So either a bug....or they just fk'd it up.

You get talent point at 1, 3, 9, 14, 18, 23, 28, 33

That is such an odd placement. So you need to wait 6 level from 3 to 9? Then 5, 4, 5, 5 and 5? what the hell?

woah the max level cap is more than 30+ now? O.o

Do you also know when we gain memory points ? And do we always gain one attribute and competence per level ?

when you put points into the memory stat... or find gear with memory on it.

You get one extra memory slot per 2 levels. Pretty sure it's 2 and not 3.

And as for the placement on talent, wasn't the lvl cap at 30?
