I am playing Sebille as my main character. She has Scoundrel/Morphing skills.

I am currently level 6 and I have 18 Finesse and 1 Persuasion.

I went to talk to Zaleskar and it seems impossible to persuade him. I always end up in combat.

Is killing him considered the (normal) way and persuading him only possible with very high Persuasion??

At level 6, I am "forced" to dump all my points into persuasion just to be able to pass this check in the personal quest. I feel like there is no other way.

yeah, he whole quest sucks the way its designed.... I killed Griff because i did not want to tell him the location of the lizard before even knowing he was "necessary" to Sebille's quest. So later after killing Griff I pick Sebille in my party, she kill the lizard and shes like "now I have to go talk to Griff". well too bad grill, hes a goner!

so yeah, gg.

bad design imo, especially for an origin quest, it should not toy around with npcs such as Griff which have a high chance of getting killed as part of a quest conversation!!
i heard the Red Prince quest have the same issue.

anyway, can't figure out why it was released like that... seems like a huge oversight.
