I'm searching for the unique item Migo's Ring in the editor, but I just can't find it anywhere.

How do we find specific unique items in the editor?
Or is this ring something special that is created via a script?

It's called "S_FTJ_GheistDaughterRing". You can find references to it in the story script "FTJ_GheistAndDaughter".

Thanks much. I've looked through the Stat Editor for it, and I cannot find it under any branch.

I also looked for the teleportation gloves that you get early on, and I couldn't find those either.

I am thinking that these items should be in the Stats Editor somewhere, but they don't seem to be.

Stats are in the stats editor. Items are in the level editor. You have to open the level in which the item is (in this case FJ_FortJoy_Main), then look for the item (using the name above), and then check which stats the item has. Next, you can look up those stats in the stats editor.

Make sure your mod is dependent on Origins, or you won't see it.
